In SALESmanago you can choose additional security barriers protecting from logging on by unauthorized people.
Go to Settings> Others> Security settings
[1] Force Password Change – you can decide how often the system should force a password change. Additionally, it is possible to use “use only strong passwords” option. During password creation the password has to include capital and small letters, numbers and special characters.
[2] Block account after invalid logins – choose the number. This function works when, for example, during one login attempt, a wrong password is used f.e 5 times. To unblock the blocked password the user should call their SALESmanago Project Manager and ask to unblock the access to the account.
