General database analytics

General database analytics is the access to the collective data of your contacts. With analytics, you can check the ratio of monitored contacts to those that are not being monitored, or active to inactive. To illustrate a statistic data more clearly, digits are presented in the graphs.

To see analytics, go to Analytics → General database analytics.

Analytics is divided into: [A] BASIC DATA, [B] CONTACTS ACTIVE IN, [C] CONTACTS ACTIVITY, [D] SUBSCRIBERS.

[4] Opted out contacts – the number of contacts not willing to receive messages – they have opt-out status.

[5] Monitored contacts – the number of monitored contacts in the base.

1234

  • [4] the last graph shows the percentage ratio of all active contacts to all inactive ones, from the current day and 365 days back (on an annual basis)
