You can remove a contact from the sales funnel in CRM => Manage Contacts, or by Automation Rules.
This rule is useful when e.g. a contact completes quickly all the stages in the funnel or loses interest during Lead Nurturing.
To set this action:
[1] The type of action: delete a contact from funnel
[2] Funnel: choose the funnel.
