Action: add/modify contact detail

You can find contact details on a contact cart in the “contact details”. Imported details can change an automation rule with the occurrence of an event. If you change the contact activity, the details may change automatically (provided you have set the appropriate automation rule).


To set this action:

[1] The type of action: add/modify a contact detail.

[2] Detail name: type a name of detail (you can use max 255 characters).

[3] Detail value: type a value of detail (you can use max 255 characters).
