This Action allows to automatically identify the sex of a new contact. Remember, the sex is verified by name.

In this Action you must specify:

[1] Type of action: identify sex.

[2] Choose a country: you must specify a contact’s homeland. The system differentiates names of Polish and Czech Republic or Hungary origin.

[3] Position which is the name: you must specify the position of a name. Remember, that forename and surname are always send to the same field “Name”. If the information set contains both, you must choose whether a name is placed as first, in order or as the second one.

[4] Tag for woman: provide the name of a tag to be assigned to a contact classified as a woman.

[5] Tag for man: provide the name of a tag to be assigned to a contact classified as a man.

[6] Tag if no match is found: provide the name of a tag to be added to a contact if the system is unable to identify a contact’s sex. The tag will also be assigned to a contact with an empty “Name” field.
