This condition is fulfilled if:
- the contact changes the status from opt – in to opt – out by clicking the link in the email
- the information about status change is sent to the system via API.
IMPORTANT: If you use this event, you can’t trigger the Action: send an e-mail because the contact will not receive it. However, you can add tags or notes.
