This condition is met when the contact’s score exceeds a value previously defined in the condition. For example, you can set ‘5’ as the conditional value – the condition will be fulfilled by the contact every time their score is higher than the value set.
Note: if you wish the rule to be activated only once, for a particular contact who has exceeded the threshold of e.g. 5 points, select 1 as the number of the rule activation. Otherwise, the rule will run each time the contact has met all conditions set for this rule, which includes exceeding the predefined score – e.g. the number of points scored by the contact has reached 6, 10, 15 etc.
The condition must include:
[1] The type of condition: contact scoring exceeded.
[2] Score: number of points that must be exceeded for the rule to be run.
