Event: contact opened email

This event will activate the rule the moment the contact opens the email you have selected. This event requires the following to be defined:

To set this rule:

[1] The type of event: contact opened email.

[2] E-mail: email to be opened – you can choose any email available on the list of standard messages.

Note: Technically speaking, for an email to be considered open, the recipient must click on the message to open it and any contained graphics must be loaded. Some mailing programs automatically block the display of images. If the recipient has not selected the image upload option and the graphics have been blocked, SALESmanago will not record the message as opened. In such cases the rule will not run. Also, any statistics regarding opened emails delivered to recipients via rules may be slightly understated.
