Event: contact scoring exceeded

This event activates the automation rule when a contact exceeds a pre-defined value of points in the event. For instance, after having set the score threshold at 150, the rule will run each time the sum of all points of the contact hits more than 150 points.

Note: If you want the rule to run only once for a given contact that exceeds, for instance, the level of 150 points, you should indicate 1 in the Occurrences section of the rule settings. Otherwise, the rule will run each time the contact exceeds 150 points (for instance, after having reached 153, 160, 200 points).


To set this rule:

[2] Score: the rule will run if the contact exceeds this number of points.
