To monitor clients on an external system, you need to import the contact ID from SALESmanago to the same system and use it to link to our site. First, import the database to SALESmanago, then the database can be exported to Excel. In one of the last columns contact-ID field will appear.
On the mail system side it is sufficient to create an addition feature/attribute, for example; “smclient_id” and import the Excel file, so that the appropriate column contact-ID receives this data and then insert it into a link:
http://www.example.com/start.htm?smclient=%smclient_id%
When you sent it, it will look like this:
http://www.example.com/start.htm?smclient=a-123
