Thanks to generating group of contacts with characteristic trait through RFM Marketing Automation you can run a rule for them. At this point choose previously created and saved in the system rule and activate It for chosen contacts.

In this action you need to specify:

[1] The type of action: Run rule.

[2] Rule: you need to choose which rule you want to run for chosen group of contacts.

[3] Run: you need to choose when the rule should run:

  • now,
  • in 15 minutes.
