Integrating Automatic Sales Chat with Facebook

With SALESmanago you can easily create your own chatbot. Automatic Sales Chat works on the Messenger platform. Just set bot scripts, save them, and then integrate them with your Facebook page. One bot can have an unlimited number of scripts (but can be integrated with one Facebook page).

A bot is an artificial intelligence, which can assist real people in their work – customer service employees who have to answer a lot of trivial or routine questions. It is a perfect solution for eCommerce where clients expect to quickly get answers about products that interest them. If the bot is not able to help, a consultant can join the chat anytime. Additionally, it is possible to display a product’s picture linked to that product’s page.
