Setting of emails triggered by automation rules and workflow

The SALESmanago system allows you to set the time range for emails triggered by automation rules. 

To configure the settings go to
SETTINGS → OTHER → RULES

time_rules

[1] Enable time range for emails – select the checkbox if you want to activate the time frame. This means that messages from automation rules or workflow will be sent at the time you choose. It is not a limitation of the rule, because it is active all the time, but in this time period, emails or SMS messages from the rules will be sent. If the rule is triggered for the user after the specified time, the message will be sent on the next day at the set time.

[2] Select time range – select the time range for the messages triggered by the rules.

[3] Save – confirm your settings by clicking the button.
