[1] Optional “no” – negation of the condition; the condition will apply to all contacts who do not have the number of points specified in point [3].
[2] Name of the loyalty program – from the drop-down list, select the program to which the condition will apply.
[3] Set points – specify the number of points that the contact must achieve in order to fulfill the condition:
- Number of points – the condition will work if the user reaches the exact number of points given in the window.
- In the range of – the condition will work if the user reaches the number of points in the given range.
IMPORTANT: The entered numbers are also included in the range, which means that if we are given the range from 5 to 7, both of these numbers will trigger the condition.
- More than – the condition will work if the user reaches a number of points greater than the one entered in the window.
- More than or equal to – the condition will work if the user reaches the number of points greater than or equal to the number entered in the window.
- Less than – the condition will work if the user has scored less points than the number entered in the window.
- Less than or equal to – the condition will work if the user reaches the number of points lower than or equal to the number entered in the window.
