SALESmanago allows you to perform collective contact management. In the Manage Contacts panel, you can choose actions you want to direct towards the contact group. Action Identify sex lets you assign tags to contacts after sex identification by the system. The identification is based on recognizing the contact’s name entered as ‘NAME’. The system recognizes only Polish, Hungarian and Czech names.

Go to CRM => Contact list => Manage Contacts

Above the list of action you can find fields in which you can define the contacts for which you want to trigger the action. Determine the contact group and then choose the action Identify sex marked on the list of actions on the illustration above. Then, go to the settings of the action.

[1] Identify sex – tick the checkbox.

[2] Choose a country – from the dropdown list select the countries from which the contacts come and for which the sex identification will be performed. You can choose from Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic.

[3] Determine where the contact’s first name is placed in the value NAME.

[4] Tag for woman – enter the name of the tag which will be assigned to contacts identified as a woman.

[5] Tag for man – enter the name of the tag which will be assigned to contacts identified as a man.

[6] Tag if no match is found – enter the name of the tag which will be assigned to contacts whose sex was not identified.

To confirm the action, click the button Perform actions that you can find below the list of actions.
