Action: send Push notification to contact (SALESmanago Mobile)

You can use automation rules to send a Push notification to selected contacts via SALESmanago Mobile.

[1] Application – from the drop-down list, select the application which you want to use to send the notification.

[2] Push – select the Push notification you want to send.

[3] GCM Account – set a GCM (Google Cloud Messaging) account used to send notifications to Android devices.

[4] APNS account – set the APNS (Apple Push Notification service) account used to send notifications to Apple devices.

[5] Send to all devices assigned to a contact – choose this option, if you want to send notifications to all devices assigned to the contact.

[6] Requires personalization with SALESmanago data – choose this option, if you want to send a personalized notification that requires data from the SALESmanago database (e.g. standard or dictionary details).

Click Save changes.
