Event: contact has entered the beacon zone

This event can trigger a rule when a contact is in the range of an active beacon. Beacons are radio signal small transmitters which you can integrate with SALESmanago. This way you can trigger an automated process when a contact enters a beacon zone, e.g. in a shop.

 

To add an event to the automation rule, go to

AUTOMATION  PROCESSES => AUTOMATION RULES => ADD NEW RULE => ELEMENTS => EVENTS

Choose from the list Contact entered beacon zone or type in the name of the event in the searcher. Then drag it to the dashboard and go to the settings of the event.

[1] Beacon ID –  select a beacon to trigger the rule.
