This event activates and defines where the action of the Website Automation rule will take place when the contact visits the specified URL address.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES → WEBSITE AUTOMATION

In Website Automation go to the list of elements and then Events → Contact visited URL

In settings there are the following options:

[1] Domain – select from the drop-down list (obligatory)

[2] URL – provide the address (optional)

EXAMPLE: The rule is activated when the contact visits a specified website/subpage.

• I want the event to work on the main website only – select the address in the Domain field
• I want the event to work on the specified URL only – select the address in the Domain field and then URL address
• I want the event to take place on every subpage within the domain – select the address in the Domain field and then ** in the URL field

Click Save to continue.
