The SALESmanago Social Media Posting module is a tool that automates many common work activities in
Social Media marketing. The option to integrate Facebook and Twitter makes planning and posting or tweeting faster while allowing for both real-time and
scheduled posting. You can also create custom audiences and make use of advanced analytics.
TIP: Keep in mind, that posts on Facebook can be boosted right from the SALESmanago system.
Analysing Social Media post popularity and effectivity
With the SALESmanago system you have access to detailed analytics of published posts’ popularity. In the case of a post on
Facebook, it is possible to analyse the total and the unique reach of a post on a specific Fanpage, as well as the number of comments, likes and shares.
Moreover, for each post or tweet individual statistics on likes, share and comments are gathered. Thanks to analytics tools
available in SALESmanago you can easily compare data from conducting email marketing, website marketing and social media, which helps to prepare better marketing
campaigns in the future.

Publications step by step
Your first step should be to integrate the module with a social media platform. Depending on the platform you will be redirected
to an authorization page, where you will be asked if you want to use your page via SalesMANAGO. For more information on how to integrate SALESmanago with a
social media platform, follow the links below.
To manage your page from SALESmanago go to:
SOCIAL MEDIA -> SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING
The Social Media Posting dashboard will open with the following options:
[1] Add a new account – using this you can add a new social media account (either Facebook or Twitter). You will
be redirected to an authorization page.
[2] Add a new post – with this button, you can post on integrated social media platforms. Detailed instructions
in the next section.
[3] Settings – here you can preview a list of integrated social media accounts with their assigned pages. Items
can be deleted by clicking a trashcan icon on their left.
Add a new post
Choose at least one page from the list and click Next. A window will open with several fields.
[1] Choose a social media platform on which you to publish this post.
[2] Fanpage – here the name of the page is displayed. By clicking Change you will go back to
the previous window (all unsaved data will be lost).
[3] Text – in this field, you can write the content of your post.
[4] Link – if you want a link to appear in your post, put it in this field.
[5] Add an image – in order to add an image from your computer click the button.
[6] Publish now – check this option to publish the post as soon as you finish working on it.
[7] Publish on – here you can choose exactly when to publish the post. It will be posted automatically at the
set moment.
When you finish, click Publish.
TIP: If you selected Twitter as the media platform in step 1, adding a link to the post
will not be possible.

Analytics
Here you can monitor the performance of posts on your social media pages.
[1] Published – clicking this button will cause only published posts to be displayed.
[2] Scheduled – clicking this button will display a list of scheduled posts.
[3] Display channels – click an icon to switch between stats for Facebook and Twitter.
[4] Time period – choose a time period from which you want to see the data.
[5] Statistics – clicking this icon will load data on fanpage Likes, Shares and Comments.
[6] Reach – clicking this data will load data on fanpage Reach and Unique Reach.
[7] Likes – a total number of likes
[8] Shares – a total number of shares
[9] Comments – a total number of comments

[1] Published on – the time a post was published (or will be if it is scheduled).
[2] Fanpage – here you can see the name of the page on which this post is or will be published.
[3] The text of the post.
[4] Attachment URL – if a post has an attachment its URL will display here.
[5] Post popularity – the number of likes, shares and comments on this post.
To load older posts click More.
TIP: If you selected Twitter, all posts will appear. Filtering them based on status and
time of publishing will not be possible.
