Workflow | Action: Add note

A note can be added manually directly on a contact card or by means of Action: add note in Workflow after a specific event occurs. A note has an unlimited number of characters.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Action => Add note

Next, you need to go to the settings of the action:

[Note]: type here in the text of the note, which will be assigned directly to the contact card if the contact meets the condition in the process.

[Private]: after you tick the checkbox, the note will not be visible only to other users.

Once you’re done, click Save changes to continue.
