This action enables adding additional points to a chosen tag.
Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW
From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Action => Add scoring to tag
Next, go to the settings of the action.
In this action, you need to:
[Tags] – determine to which tags the points will be added
[Score] – determine how many points should be added to a tag
Once you’re done, click Save changes.
