This Action allows you to increase or decrease the scoring of one or more tags for Contacts that have reached this stage of your Workflow.
You can specify by how many points tag scoring will be increased or decreased.
After adding this Action to your Workflow, define the following settings:
[1] Tag—Enter one or more tags whose scoring will be increased or decreased through this Action.
After entering the name of a tag, confirm it by pressing Enter or select the tag from the list that will appear.
[2] Score—Specify how many points will be added to/removed from the scoring of the tag(s) entered in field [1]. If you want to decrease tag scoring through this Action, enter a negative number, e.g., -2.
Click Save to continue configuring your Workflow.
