Workflow | Action: Delete tags

You can not only add tags using actions but also delete them. Thanks to this solution, you may be sure that only proper customers are tags and that deliveries or other rules will run for proper contacts.

 

In Workflow, select Actions => Delete tags.

Then, define:

[1] Tags: enter a tag or tags that should be deleted from contact cards.
