SALESmanago offers the opportunity to generate customized coupons and vouchers. It is also possible to use coupons from the list imported to the system. Thanks to SALESmanago extensive functionalities you can attach a coupon to an email.

In this action you need to specify:

[1] The type of action: Generate a coupon for a contact.

[2] Name: enter the name of the coupon.

[3] Length: this parameter determines how many characters will be generated for the automatic coupon. When you download coupons from an imported list, the number of characters specified in action is ignored.

[4] Valid (in days): validity of coupon. After the specified number of days, coupon is deactivating and can not be placed in the automatic email, SMS, VMS-e or a dynamic website (landing page).

Important: If a coupon has been created previously, it will be replaced with a new one. Coupons do not duplicate. If we import our coupons to SALESmanago system and on a personalized element (ex. pop-ups,landing pages, emails) we add attribute $cst.name_coupon.coupon$ then on contact card information about which coupon has been assigned to whom will appear.

Coupons can be placed in the body of our marketing messages using the command $cst.name_coupon.coupon$. For example: the coupon called “first_order_coupon”, will display in the mail after using the command $cst.first_order_coupon.coupon$.
