Workflow Condition: Contact received text message

This Condition is met if a text message created based on a specific template has been successfully delivered to a Contact.

NOTE: This option is only available for SMS gateways for which the callback mechanism can be configured. You can check this in the settings of each individual gateway (Menu → Channels → Mobile Marketing → Integrations ).

After adding this Condition to your Workflow, define the following settings:

[1] Group—Select a group of text messages to narrow down the list in point [2].

[2] Template—Select a template created in Menu → Channels → Mobile Marketing → Messages → Templates. The Condition will be met if a text message created based on the selected template is delivered to a Contact.

Click Save to continue configuring your Workflow.
