Workflow Condition: Email sent to Contact

This Condition is met if any email or a specific email was sent to a Contact within a defined period of time.

After adding this Condition to your Workflow, define the following settings:

[1] Any email—Select this option if you want the Condition to be met if any email was sent to a Contact within the period specified in point [3].

[2] Select email…—Select an email from the list. The Condition will be met if this specific email was sent to a Contact within the period specified in point [3].

The list includes all your emails from the Standard tab on the Email List.

Click on the eye icon [A] to see a preview of the selected email.

[3] Sent in the preceding (mandatory)—Set the time period for which the Condition is to be checked. The Condition will be met if any email or a specific email (as defined in the settings above) was sent to a Contact within this time period.

The minimum period is 1 hour and the maximum period is 3 months (90 days).

[4] Add another path—Click here to add another path starting from the same Condition element but depending on a different configuration of this Condition element.

If you click on Add another path, you will see that another icon has appeared on the Condition element, and that the icons are numbered:

You can set up to 5 different paths and define the order in which they will be checked for each Contact. If the condition set for the first path is not met, the system will check the condition for the second path, then for the third, etc. If none of the paths can be followed because none of the specified conditions is met, the system will follow the path starting from the red (X) icon.
