Workflow | Condition: Mobile contact is in the Dynamic Segment (SALESmanago Mobile)

The condition is fulfilled If a contact is in a Dynamic Segment in SALESmanago Mobile, or not.

[1] The type of condition – Mobile contact is in Dynamic Segment (SALESmanago Mobile)

[2] Following element, arrow – to change these condition settings we need to link It with another element (event, condition, action). On the grey arrow you can see a grey element with a number. Click it to display a pop-up window with settings.

[3] Pop-up with settings – right here you have to set all data about the condition as:

[A] Optional “no” – denial of the condition, the condition will apply to all contacts that are not in a selected dynamic segment.

[B] Application – choose the Application which was mapped in SALESmanago Mobile previously.

[C] Dynamic segment – choose the dynamic segment where selected contact has to be – or not.

[D] Priority – determines the order in which the selected dynamic segment is taken into account, you can set a priority from 1 to 5, where 1 has the highest value, and 5 the lowest value: In practical terms, it means that first, the system checks if the contact is in the dynamic segment with priority 1. If yes, then the condition is completed, and the system performs the following action, if not, then the system checks if a contact is in a dynamic segment with priority 2, then priority 3,4 and 5. If none of the conditions have been fulfilled then none of the actions attached to tags won’t be performed and the system will choose patch “End”.

[E] Save changes – click the button to save all data.
