This event starts Workflow process in the moment when a contact clicks a personalized banner that has been sent to him in terms of sales campaign for example. You can create such a banner in SALESmanago, go to Website Marketing => Personalized Banners.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW
From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Event => Contact clicked on banner
Then, proceed to the settings of the event:
[Banner]: select one of many banners that you have already created and saved from the unfolding list.
IMPORTANT: Launching an event via Manage contacts will not work
Once you’re done, click Save changes to continue.
