This event activates a workflow process when a contact exceeds a pre-defined value of points. For instance, after having set a score threshold at 150, the rule will run each time a sum of all contact’s points equals more than 150.
TIP: If you want the rule to run only once for a given contact that exceeds a defined threshold, you should indicate 1 in the Occurrences section in the rule settings. Otherwise, the rule will run each time the contact exceeds 150 points, for example, after having reached 153, 160, 200 points etc.
GO TO AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW
In Workflow, choose Events => Contact scoring exceeded.
Then, adjust the settings:
[1] Score – enter the chosen number of scoring points.
Click Save changes.
Next, choose the action which will be dependant on the set event. Match both of them using arrows.
IMPORTANT: The Workflow process starts with the event that is attached to Start.
