Workflow | Event: Contact scoring reached

The process starts when the contact scoring reaches a given number of points.

IMPORTANT: The process starts only when a contact reaches the exact number of given points. If we set the scoring at 200 points, and the contact scoring increases from 199 to 201, the process will not start. If you want the workflow to be triggered after a contact having reached the score threshold, use Workflow | Event: Contact scoring exceeded.


In Workflow, choose Events => Contact scoring reached.

Then, adjust the settings:

[1] Score – enter the chosen number of scoring points.

Click Save changes.

Next, choose the action which will be dependant on the set event. Match both of them using arrows.

IMPORTANT: The Workflow process starts with the event that is attached to Start.
