This event allows you to detect changes in details of an external event that has been sent to the system.
Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW
From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Event => External event has been modified
Then, proceed to the settings of the event:
To set this rule:
[Event type]: choice of external event e.g. purchase.
[Expected change]: if you choose e.g. value, products, description – the system will connect the variables with the word ‘OR‘.
In the example shown above, the rule will be activated if the value or product or description in the external event defined as a purchase is modified.
Once you’re done, click Save changes to continue.
IMPORTANT: Modifications made in CRM => Manage Contacts do not trigger rules.
