Workflow | Action: Add/change contact detail

You can find contact details on the contact card in the Details tab. Imported details can be changed by means of Workflow after a specific event takes place. If the activity of the contact changes, each detail can be changed automatically if you set a particular action in Workflow.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Action => Add/change contact detail

 

Then, go to the settings of the rule.

 

In this action you can adjust the settings of the following elements:

[Detail name]: enter a new name for a detail or existing one if you only want to change the detail value.

[Detail value]: enter a new value of a detail.

Once you’re done, click Save changes to continue.
