Workflow | Action: Set main owner/co-owner

In SALESmanago system, you can change owner account. The main contact owner is the user who imported the contacts to the account or they were added by the API. Co-owners can be assigned to the contact data so they can work on it as well. It applies to the following accounts: main account owner or account owner.

In order to change account ownership, you do not need to do it manually on the contact card or contact management. You can do it by means of this action in Workflow.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Action => Set main owner/co-owner

Next, you need to go to the settings of the rule.

In this action you may adjust settings of the following elements:

[Ownership type]: determine the type of the owner, from unfolding list you can choose from main contact owner and contact owner.

[Owner]: choose the user’s email address.

Once you’re done, click Save changes to continue.
