Workflow | Action: Set scoring

This action allows to set a specific number of points to a contact, regardless of the points collected until that point – scoring takes a new value.

 

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Action => Add scoring to a contact 

Next, go to the settings of the action.

In this action, you need to:

[Score] – determine how many points should be added to a contact.

Once you’re done, click Save changes.

IMPORTANT: Before action, if the scoring of the contact amounts to 100 points, and the action’s scoring is worth 10, after this action the contact’s scoring will amount to 10 points.
