The condition is met when a new owner is assigned to the contact. Then the Workflow process can be triggered. You can assign a new owner both on a contact card or by an automation rule.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW
From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Condition => Contact has a main owner/ co-owner
After you select the condition, connect it with a particular action by means of an arrow.
In this case, you can select an option if the condition is not fulfilled, then you need to tick the “No” checkbox.
Then you can change settings in:
[Owner type]: select the owner type, you may choose from main owner, owner or any owner.
[Owner]: select an email address.
Once you’re done, click Save changes to continue.
