Workflow | Condition: Contact has been opted out

The condition is met when:

  • the contact clicks the opt-out link

 

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of Workflow elements, select Condition => Contact has been opt out

Linking with the arrow with orange background what means “if not”. It gives you an alternative option for the process of what will happen if the contact has not been opted out.
