Workflow Condition: Contact has custom consent with specific status

This Condition is met if a Contact has a selected custom consent created in Menu → Settings → Other → Consent list with a specific status (Confirmed, Withdrawn, or Not confirmed).

After adding this Condition to your Workflow, define the following settings:

[1] Consent—Select the custom consent for which the Condition will be checked.

The list contains all consents created in Menu → Settings → Other → Consent list.

[2] Status—Specify the status that the consent must have for the Condition to be met.

For instance, if you select Confirmed and a Contact has withdrawn the consent, the Condition will not be met for that Contact.

Click Save to continue configuring your Workflow.
