This condition is fulfilled when the user’s email address is included in a certain group of users but also when It is not included.
Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW
From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Condition => Contact has main owner in users group
After you select the condition, connect it with a particular action by means of an arrow.
In the settings of this condition, you may tick the “No” checkbox if the condition is not fulfilled.
[Users group]: Select the users group from those which are available in the system.
