Workflow | Condition: Contact has note

The condition is met when the there is a note on the contact card which includes a fragment of the text specified in the conditions. You can add a note directly on the contact card or by means of action Add note.

 

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Condition => Contact has note


After selection of this particular condition, join it with an action by means of an arrow.
