Workflow Condition: Contact is in specific Loyalty Program tier

This Condition is met if a Contact is in a specific tier in a selected Loyalty Program.

You can use this Workflow element if you have the feature: Loyalty Program >>

For this Condition to work as intended, you need to have a Loyalty Program created on your SALESmanago account.

After adding this Condition to your Workflow, define the following settings:

[1] Name of the Loyalty Program—Select an existing Loyalty Program. The Condition will be met if a Contact is in a specific tier in this particular Loyalty Program.

[2] The name of the tier—This list includes all tiers of the Loyalty Program selected in point [1]. Select one tier. The Condition will be met if a Contact is in this particular tier.

Click Save to continue configuring your Workflow.
