Workflow| Event: contact opened email

This event activates workflow at the moment of selected email opening.


In this event you need to specify:

[1] The type of event: contact opened email.

[2] E-mail: email address that needs to be opened to activate the workflow. Select emails available on standard emails list.

Note: Technically speaking, for an email to be considered open, the recipient must click on the message to open It, and any contained graphics must be loaded. Some mailing programs automatically block the display of images. If the recipient has not selected the image upload option and the graphics have been blocked, SALESmanago will not record the message as opened. In such cases, the workflow will not activate. Also, any statistics regarding opened emails delivered to recipients via workflow may be slightly understated.
