Workflow | Event: Contact visited URL

This event activates the launch of Workflow at the time of a visit by the contact to a URL on sites monitored by SALESmanago Marketing Automation.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Event => Contact visited URL

Then, proceed to the settings of the event:

To set this rule:

[1] The type of event: contact visited URL.

[2] URL: the site visited by the contact (e.g. domain.com/pricelist)

[3] For at least: the time that you expect to contact spend on the site.

Note: the time starts being measured since entering a page, until skipping to another subpage. If you close the browser window the time will not be measured.

IMPORTANT: Triggering an event via Manage contacts will not work.
