Workflow Condition: Contact opened email

This Condition is met if a Contact opened any email, a specific email, or one of specified emails within a defined period of time.

After adding this Condition to your Workflow, define the following settings:

[1] Any email—Select this option if you want the Condition to be met if a Contact opened any of your emails within the period specified in point [3].

[2] Select email…—Select an email from the list. The Condition will be met if a Contact opened this specific email within the period specified in point [3].

The list includes all your emails from the Standard tab on the Email List. Note that this Condition will also be met if the email was sent as a birthday or a periodic email, or as part of an A/B test.

Click on the eye icon [A] to see a preview of the selected email.

You can select more than one email [B]. The selected emails will be connected by the OR operator, which means that the Condition will be met if a Contact opened at least one of these emails within the period specified in point [3].

[3] During the last (mandatory)—Set the time period for which the Condition is to be checked. The Condition will be met if a Contact opened any email or a specified email (as defined in the settings above) within this time period.

The minimum period is 1 hour and the maximum period is 280 days.

NOTE: For an email to be considered opened, the recipient must open the email and the monitoring pixel must be loaded. The monitoring pixel is added automatically to each email sent from SALESmanago, however, some email clients (including Outlook and AOL Mail) block the display of images and therefore prevent the open status from being immediately transferred to SALESmanago. However, the open status is transferred to SALESmanago as soon as the recipient clicks on the “Download/Show/Display images” button in the email software.
