Workflow | Action: Add scoring to a contact

Thanks to the SALESmanago scoring system you can accurately track the activity of a contact. You can edit the default scoring according to your needs. In order to do that you need to go to Settings => Scoring. However, thanks to automation rules you can give extra points or deduct them if some activity (event) is particularly important to you. For example: “Contact visited URL”, or “Contact opened email”.

Go to AUTOMATION PROCESSES => WORKFLOW


From the list of the elements in Workflow choose Action => Add scoring to a contact 

Next, go to the settings of the action.

In this action, you need to:

[Score] – determine how many points should be added to a contact scoring or how many points should be deducted.

IMPORTANT: When you want to deduct points, write e.g. -5

Click Save changes.
