The condition is fulfilled when the contact scoring has exceeded or has not exceeded the given number of scoring points.
In Workflow, choose Conditions => Contact scoring exceeded.
Then, adjust the settings:
[1] Tick NOT if you want to revert the condition, that is, the condition will be fulfilled if the contact has not exceeded the given number of scoring points.
[2] Score – enter the preferable number of scoring points.
Click Save changes. Then, choose the action which will be dependant on the set condition and connect both of them using arrows.
