[A] Optional “no” – denial of the condition, the condition will apply to all contacts that did not receive a given amount of emails.
[B] Number of emails – precise if a number of emails have to be lower, higher or equal to “x”.
[C] From the last – specify the time from what you want to count a number of emails, enter the number in an empty window.
[D] Priority – determines the order in which the condition value is taken into account, you can set a priority from 1 to 5, where 1 has the highest value, and 5 the lowest value: In practical terms, it means that first, the system checks if the contact received a number of emails from the window with priority 1. If yes, then the condition is completed, and the system performs the following action, if not, then the system checks if contact received a number of emails from the window with priority 2, then priority 3,4 and 5.
